1. The Underband – put your back in to it!
Fit should be firm around the body without digging in. You should just be able to fit 2 fingers under the band once it’s fastened.
2. The Straps – don’t make them do all the work!
Fit should be firm without digging in. If you have to pull the straps super tight, it could be the back size is too big.
3. The cups – are yours half full?
If the cups are loose with excess material the cup size is too big. If you breasts are over spilling the cup (the dreaded double boob!) your cup size is too small.
4. The Centre of the bra should fit flat against the chest.
If it sits away, the cups are too small.
5. The Underwire should follow the line of the bust and sit behind the breast tissue, not on it.
