Wondering what wardrobe pieces to invest in this month? Or just in need of some outfit inspiration? Here’s the go-to picks our Stylist Jules will be wearing this Summer.

As we dare to dream of gathering with friends and family again our thoughts turn to getting dressed up. One of my favourites is this delight of a dress… in a pretty red and white feather print it has a flattering shirt style top and a full pleated skirt. Midi lengths have recently enjoyed a starring role in fashion. Keep it modern with white pumps or strappy sandals.

TIP: Shirt styling is good for big busts. A full skirt hides big hips and bums and a belted waist shows off your curves.

This denim dress enjoys the best of both worlds. It enjoys a fun casual vibe belted with sandals or white pumps and
then becomes the dressed up version of itself as a shift worn with block heeled sandals. Endlessly versatile denim dresses will see you stylishly from one end of Summer to the other. A sound investment.

TIP: A buttoned up front is great for fuller busts. The optional belt works gently tied to create shape or taken off completely if you want to hide your tummy.

Fluid, drapey fabrics are so flattering especially if you are over 50. They skim your shape without being too tight or clingy and a fresh modern print updates your look. This navy and white print dress looks Summer ready with white pumps or ballet flats and give it an expensive twist with tan block heels and accessories.

TIP: Hide upper arms with cool loose sleeves- just push up for instant style. Wear open over a white vest and jeans for a totally different look.
