It’s our birthday! Yes, Damart is 70 years old and we’re celebrating seven decades of helping you get your cosy on. It was three astute brothers, Jules, Joseph and Paul Despature, who founded Damart in Roubaix, France. Thermolactyl was developed right there to bring you unrivalled protection against the cold. And boy did they do a good job.
We’ve been keeping lovely customers and their family, warm, comfy and stylish since 1953 with our world famous thermals. Even Princess Diana told us she loved Damart’s thermal clothing, while on a royal visit to our Bingley Head Office. So we thought we’d celebrate 70 years of cosiness with the launch of a special Limited Edition Red Collection!
