5 self care tips for winter

Dark mornings, defrosting the car and long nights make you just want to snuggle up and indulge in a little self care. We’ve got a cosy selection of our favourite pick-me-ups to help you feel rested and recharged. So let’s enjoy some me-time while waiting for spring.

Treat yourself to a good book

Getting lost in a book you can’t put down is a great way to revive the mind and relax the body at this time of year. Why not settle down in our gorgeous, bright Thermal Pyjamas? With a lovely floral pattern and made from our  clever Thermolactyl fabric you’ll be so cosy.

Get moving

Yes, exercise is a great way to revitalise and get a little motivation. If going out in the cold is a step too far, don’t worry. You can exercise indoors. Yoga is a brilliant one and not too cardio busting either. It’s great all year round to calm your mind, strengthen your body and beat the winter blues. Give it a whirl.

Soak in a luxurious bubble bath

Nothing beats sinking into a warm, bubbling bath, closing your eyes and letting your cares drift away. Peace and quiet to yourself is such a treat. Keep hydrated
